Could also be a set of tens, q10, or a slowplayed set or twopair from an earlier street (slowplayed horribly)

The only hand that beats us is J9hh, I Insta-call, if he beats us so be it. I make it more on the river, like 125$ or whatever.

literally one of the easiest value raises and calls i have ever seen on a posted hand. This is as far removed from a "tough decision" as you can ever have in poker...
