Default AK is not a so strong hand !

I read this hand in a poker magazine from my country.I never read theses magazines and was almost sure to read some [censored] ( Because I am a 2+2 fanatic ).
I was surprised to find an interesting article. The autor talked about pokertracker and pokerace. He explained how he quickly searched for a good table and that a good player make 10/bb average at theses tables ( 2/4$ ).
Then he gaves few examples of how AK is not a so strong hand (folding some tricky spots ) and the hand below was the most interesting for me.
I have to say I am really confused and I will appreciate feedback.

MP is a fish and BB is 35/21 and made nothing out of line.
What do you think of preflop play ? and flop play ?

Pokerstars No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($350)
Button ($700)
SB ($150)
BB ($600)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $10.

I'm wondering why hero did not just push preflop. But I'm just a NL200-fish

I'd 4-bet preflop and probably call the flop for value. We only need to be good here 25%.

I'd fold to any turn bet that doesn't include an Ace or King. And I'd check-behind in checked to. And check-behind on most rivers.

What is wrong with folding the flop? Should we be floating a lot?

Well I was not sure for the preflop action, since we have position. May be the call is possible, may be the 4bet is truely better.

For the flop, I really like a call here ( everybody is agree ? ). I wonder how we should play the flop if Villain made a pot bet instead of this tiny continuation bet . Do you think a push is the best ? or a fold ?

i don't see why calling that flop is good... it's (as previously mentioned) essentially a float and judging by the size of the bet into you, the guy has a very strong hand. 4 betting makes this hand much easier.
