those who are folding, what are you putting him on? seems like this is often a big hand (trips +, select few two pairs) or air, with air being more likely of the two. 9 or 7 bets before now and weaker pairs are rarely sick enough to value bet this and expect a call from worse. i guess a concern is that he can sometimes be bluffing with a better A high?

wtf are people serious about betting the flop? i think you are going to get checkraised a huge portion of the time, frequently with a worse hand. you are asking to be pushed out of the pot. as played, i probably call the river.

Bet flop most of the time but I don't mind a check to mix it up.

I bet the turn though. I fold the river because if he didn't make a move on the pot in the first 2 streets he probably won't now.

I agree...if he wanted to try to take this pot down with air, most villains would try and do it on the turn and not the river...the river seems to be more of a value street in these headsup situations than the turn...what do you guys think about that?

What do you guys think of a raise in these situations? It has significant fold equity of many of the marginal hands villain might be betting on this river (assuming he is sane, decent, and we have a reasonable image, basically, in a vacuum).

Just cause you think your gonna get c/r on the flop a lot, doesnt mean you shouldnt bet it. And villain does not need a big hand to vbet this river. And a river raise by us is gonna get looked up A TON
