villain is 17/15/3.38 over 959 hands
went to show down 23 and won @SD 43

no other reads except i don't feel he's that strong of a player

I don't like your turn bet. I'm pretty sure he's not gonna see it as a float and bluff-raise. He may be value-betting worse, but I don't see what unless it's a set, but he should be leading or c/ring a set on the turn.. I guess call here because I don't see him calling a shove with a queen or a midpair or anything else he's betting.

his river AF is only 1.33 does he bet anything worse?

also should my turn bet be bigger?

how often does he show up with a flush here?

Yeah, sorry I thought I put in an amount, I would say like 45ish. He shows up with a flush here sometimes, but I think other times he shows up with a poorly played set or overpair enough for us to call profitably.
