Default Someone teach me to stop doing this. $200 NL

Villain is unknown. I tend to do stupid stuff like think villain is reasonable and wouldnt minraise here with a queen or better.

He's really never gonna min-raise the flop and then fold to a shove, so if you're shoving as a bluff it aint gonna work. The board is drawy so shoving for value isn't terrible but meh I think I fold the flop, TT+ and AQ/AcKc/QcXc are all in his range and all those are ahead of you, I just fold it.

Checking the flop every once in a while is ok too, on this flop I generally just b/f though.

This is just value/protection, not a bluff.

what do we get value from? only thing we're prolly ahead of now is flush draws and it's only either AcKc or more unlikely AcJc due to preflop action, seems like the hands in his range that he minraises flop with pretty much have us way behind, comment on my thinking plz

Don't assume people at 1/2 are reasonable. People minraise TT, QQ here like this all the time (not saying that's unreasonable, just that this looks like a set). Hell, so many people call 3bets in position to set mine w/ small pairs, so 66 is in his wheelhouse too. Unless he's pulling a sophisticated, cheap bluff (which seems stupid on this board), your crushed here too often. The Q should make this easier to save money and let this go.
And don't post villian's call next time. It skews responses.
