2 hour naps ftw. Avoid the naps that last until 22.00 and then your [censored] for the rest of the night.

That thing looks awesome. Even though I almost always get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, around 70% of the time I find it near impossible to get out of bed and end up hitting snooze for another 30 mins or more. Might have to buy this and give it a go.

Noah, any tips for needing less sleep? I would love to be able to sleep 6 hours/night and still feel as awake for the whole day as I do with 8+ hours.

I'm always tired during the day, but whenever I nap, I can't get to sleep later on at night at a decent hour.

Also, how do I train my body to get used to having 6 hours of sleep? I end up sleeping 12 hours on weekends because of a lack of sleep during the week and then it just ruins the cycle on Sunday night again.

Noah,
What is the best way to recover from an all nighter?
Sometimes I nap during the day for like an hour and go to bed at the normal time and feel this is a pretty good method, but maybe there are better.

Also, it's a somewhat related subject so I figured I'd try. What is the healthiest energy drink that actually works well?
