Default What size roll for 1/2 Limit?

Hi, what would be a good size roll for 1/2 limit O/8? Im just a half decent casual player its not my living but i would like to know whats a suitable roll for this limit,game ?

1/2 is low enough that you don't really need a bankroll. Rolls are usually only a consideration when it's hard to raise the money to stay in action if you bust. A few hundred dollars isn't hard to scrape up unless you're in a 3rd world country.

Just deposit a couple hundred and see how it goes.

$100 x the big blind. In this case $100. Take stakes to up once, $200. If you think you're comfortable w/ investing up to $400, play 2/4. Malmuth's link requires a higher ratio but, if you're loose and touristy, he is probably correct. You should get plenty of play w/ $100- $200. ($150-$300 x the big blind in limit Hold'em or Omaha Hi). If you're loose, outdrawn or outplayed, try another day...good luck

You only need the minimum buy in so that you can short stack attack to robusto-ville.
