Default Crystal Park and the easy free room, too good to be true?

A guy at the bike the other day showed me an ad for Crystal Park where if you play for 5 hours you get a FREE room. He said the minimum qualifying game was 3/6 but it wasnt going when I was there. The only time I've been to CP was 2 years ago at about 4-5am and there was no poker going on at all. So... what time of day is best to play for 3/6 or other limit games around that range? or is it just too good to be true? thanks
