I've never actually seen one of those, but I don't get why it's douchebaggy. Do you guys think it's douchebaggy when people have patches on their jacket or backpack from places they've visited?

I will probably get flamed for this, but it seems like in Austin everyone is wearing one of those rubberband bracelets for some cause. As someone mentioned earlier it seems to me like they are just trying to draw attention to themselves. I blame Lance Armstrong personally for my not being able to have a smoke in a bar


Also, as I have taken up running on a regular basis for the first time since high school I am astounded by the number of d-bags who run in way too short nylon running shorts.

Anybody watch Miami Ink or LA Ink? Some of the tattoo work is really good. But why people make themselves into a human canvas, is beyond me. Get a painting or something.

"This tat is to remind me about xxxxx" - if xxxxx is that important, you don't need a tattoo to remind you of it. Face it, you want something to remind OTHER people about your xxxxx, whether xxxxx is some life-changing event, illness, your kids name in Klingon, or your favourite Disney character.....
