Party has started to write it's own ".hhf" files again?

Has anybody else noticed that Party now seems to be writing it's own ".hhf" files again?

It's saving them in Unicode format so you have to rename them ".txt" and open using IE to see them, but they are the full HH files just like they used to write!

Can other's check to see if they are also getting these, as if they are then it seems like a u-turn on Party's policy and it'll make apps like FPHG unnecessary (PT will just need to be upgraded to read in the Unicode format files).

EDIT: Weird, perhaps they are only written for hands you are playing in or maybe it was something todo with the crash I just had, but now it's back to saying "Hand histories are only displayed for hands that you were dealt cards"?
