400nl - 2 hands from doom

Had my first really bad day in a while, mainly becuase ive been running into really hard spots and have been suckin at making good decisions. These two hands left me a little confused, i really wanted to call #1, the guy was 44/2 or something, a little big aggro, not too much, dont know what hes repping here. 2nd hand was vs some guy who i didnt think was very good, seen him make some bonehead moves before. Comments on everything are appreciated.

The only thing I might do differently is bet the turn in Hand 1.

Hand 1 is fine. Hand 2 check turn, I pay off a bet on a blank river, or VB a blank river if checked to.

hand 1 i bet less on the river. around 70-80 or so. it's hard for worse hands to look you up when you bet so big and you lose more when you're actually beat...

hand 2 is fine, although i find myself checking this turn a lot and then value betting the river. meh, whatever.
