Default JJ As Overpair - T High Flop

1/2 NL live game, poker club, loose action, I am viewed as tight/solid. Begin hand in the CO with stack of $149. Have JJ, couple of limpers to me, I pop it to $13. Get called in 4 spots, by two of the limpers, the button, and one of the blinds.

Pot = $65.

Flop T-9-2 rainbow. Check, check, 3rd to act leads out for $20. He is an overaggressive Asian maniac whose VPIP is probably 50 and who constantly fires chips in at random. I'm next to act, my action here? Assuming raise, to how much?

In actual hand, raised to $75. Folded around, Asian maniac moves me all in. I have $61 left, so clearly I cannot fold. My question is, the way this hand generally went down, is there any way I can avoid going broke? Can I make a smaller flop raise ($55?) and then get off it when he shoves? Not relevant, but I called and lost to T9.

Especially against a maniac I think you played it fine.

Anyone else? I realize I played the hand well, just wondering if there's any way I avoid getting stacked here. Also, suggest an alternative line if stacks are deeper, if I start the hand with $200? $250?

You've answered your own question.

If you're a little deeper and he truly is this maniac that fires at random I'd play it the same way.
A maniac will do this with most any part of the board, or an oes or gutshot.
