Default $5+0.50 Fumbling around with JJ

The way this hand went, I felt like I was playing for set value all along. Is this the best way to play JJ early?

I don't mind playing it this way but mostly i open for a raise here and cbet the flop oop and shut down if called, this early at least.

I would always open raise JJ in this spot.

You will not always have overcards on the flop and and you have reversed implied odds if you allow smaller pp's to limp behind and the flop comes undercards and u stack off to a set.

As played you have 3rd pair and donk-bet/donk-raise i think its a fold.

I'd make a standard raise pre. C/f flop.

when I'm first in, I go 4x...if someone has limped in front of me, I just limp along. Obviously this is not the flop you are looking for.

[/ QUOTE ]ok, this is SUPER-nitty.
I openraise to 90, raise to 120 after a limper, and call a 90 or 120 raise.
Fold flop, no need to get fancy.
