Default Stars $400nl... turn this into a bluff?

Ive recently been taking a few shots at 400, although im not moving up for sure. Villian is realdogX 15.8/15.8/2 over 34 hands.

Poker Stars, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): $671.90
UTG: $699.40
MP: $152.30
CO: $148.30
BTN: $410
SB: $720.40

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
4 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $16</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $52</font>, SB calls $36

Flop: ($104) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $56</font>, Hero calls $56

Turn: ($216) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $56</font>, Hero calls $56

River: ($328) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks hero...?

I know this is ugly. Is it okay to turn my hand into a bluff on this river, or is it unbelievable based on my flop and turn action? Do we have the best hand enough to check behind?
What would you do differently?

Is it because you don't think we have any SD value here?

I think you can definitely rep a pretty big heart here with a bet. 199-225.

isn't it more standard to turn our hand into a bluff on the turn?
