pre paid visa via stars

Does anyone use this? I searched and couldn't find anyone. Lot's of posts about pp visa's but not the one on stars. Thanks for any info.

Are you talking about Paytru???? If so, I have used it for deposits with no trouble at all, although some people have had problems.

I guess that is what it is called.......just wondering how cashouts to it work from stars, fees for loading etc. Thanks
