Thoughts on a little call down here?

I'm probably folding the river, since my hand is pretty much face up at that point, but I dunno. Guy is 22/11/2 but seems much more aggressive that than- 3bets a lot pf, fires seconds barrels a lot it seems, etc.

I think calling a bet on any river other than a 9 is prob big spew tho.
