Also I'm sorry I keep mentioning this but, how do we know this guy at AP got fired for sending the Master Hand History. Seems to be hearsay at this point and since we want to get all the facts straight and not put out false information, it would help if we knew what the guy's name is and when he got fired?

[/ QUOTE ]

Well N82 mentioned he's divulged 80% of what he knows, and has respected some peoples wishes to remain annonymous. Not sure if someone in the know gave N82 this advice, but it could be the case. Maybe they went to a mod, but I'd
imagine they will obviously want to remain anon.

Anyway is there any chance we can request more HH's from AP, i.e. the Oscar and MCBILL tournies?

Edit: looks like Gabes trying.

How about making this a locked sticky with only additional updates added? Sure would save a lot of time not having to wade through the drivel to get the updates.

Guys, please refrain from witch hunts for now. It is pretty scary and could get us into trouble. We have absolute by the balls and we should just keep up the pressure on spreading the news of what we 100% KNOW is cheating.

[/ QUOTE ]

The more noise you create the less people will focus on the undeniable facts. Our focus should be on spreading the word and not going on witch hunts. We know cheating exists, we have a very strong case and there is no point diluting our case by going on a witchhunt.

[/ QUOTE ]

Can we have a witch-hunt-thread then?

McBill and Oscar133 are so suspicious.

But I understand completely, I wont post anymore witch-huntish.

We need to make sure that as the information makes it out to the public, that the right people are in position to speak informatively and refute the inevitable "pokers rigged, God hates it" people that will be brought in to say "I told you so." We need to make sure that there is an informed person who can act as the spokesperson for this entire situation.

The suspicion that cheaters are making new accounts and winning once and then making a new one and repeating is also something that should be looked into. This makes the whole site untrustworthy.

Not saying thats what they are doing but, that would be problem if it was true.

How did they even get mentioned in the first place?

They had to have brought suspicion to themselves somehow, I can't imagine people are looking up every name and finding these four random 1 win situations. Does AP only show cashes for tourneys or all of them?

I would like to thank everyone who has gone through all of this information to un-cover the truth about what has taken place at Absolute Poker.

I feel:

1. Absolute Poker knows about the cheating that took place, for all we know many employees could be involved in this. Them trying to do a cover up at this point is saying we all are fool's.

2. The KAHNAWAKE Gaming Commission. What does this commission do? They are in place to make sure things like this or this sort of thing does not happen. Do they really Care? Or do they just take a big check from a online site to display there logo on that sites page? My vote as of now is the big check theroy.

3. Pocketfives (P5's) PocketFives has got to be the biggest joke for a online poker forum on the net. They go to this meeting and come back with nothing. All PocketFives cares about is there affiliate links & making money. If this were not true why would they have a link to playersonly on there page. playersonly is owned by sportsbook.com a F rated sports book who there clients have had many problems with withdraws and even some clients have reported getting shafted from playersonly/sportsbook. P5's likes money and it as simple as that. (I would not be shocked if they took a payment from Absolute To consult on this issue for them.)

Final thought: Absolute may fall from this or may not, if it were my choice I would like to see that company fall hard. Keep in mind it is not hard for that company to take there cash and open another company under someone elses name. The problem is we have nobody to watch dog these companys to make sure all clients get a fair gaming experence. There are not any background checks on these people that own these companys or anything. We need this to be regulated, I am not saying by the U.S.(I dont see that as a bad thing) But someone must.

no, you didnt read right, go to thepokerdb and look for yourself instead of believing everything u read. that ROI is not normal, not sustainable, and the % of time he gets 1st place is unheard of and obscene
