Pretty interesting read. I don't reject the idea that "subluxations" can cause referral pain in other spots of the body (this phenomenon is well-known), but blaming spine misalignment for heart failure seems pretty absurd.

If back pain's got you down, it's probably worth checking out if glucosamine and painkillers don't work.

Your experience with the chiropractor is really going to depend a lot on which school they were trained at. I've found a couple good schools whose grads are pretty low on the witchcraft: Palmer College of Chiro in Davenport, IA and Cleveland Chiro College in KC and LA.
