Default Can I ever call here

FTOPS #1, just moved to table so no reads. This type of hand comes up a lot for me and I never know when its the right time to make the call

if he really hit that flop, I don't think he'd go all in. he might be on a draw like AKs, or have air like AJ. or he might have something huge like a set and just be playing it too aggressively. I read this as a defensive over - bet. I think you can call.
