the problem I have is to put him on a hand, as my cards are pretty much face up after I call flop.

Is he turning a pocket pair into a bluff?
Did he start a naked bluff on flop and desperately tries to protect his money now?
Or does he simply have it?

your hand is no where near face up. no one ever puts anyone else on aa ever. you could be calling the flop there with any pair, etc. you have an overpair on a sweet board with 100bb.
usually this is a pair >22 in my experience.
