This is the type of spot I've been finding myself in constantly in the 25/50 6max games. Lately, people have been just shoving pre instead of 4-betting or calling. I have no idea what types of hands they do it with, because I usually fold. Villian in this hand is MstAA mAArtini, a 25/19 solid player with a preflop aggression factor of 2.4.
Is this an easy fold, easy call? My hand sorta looks like a squeeze, but honestly, what can he be shoving with with two people left to act behind him? Any help much appreciated... dlpnyc21 Full Tilt Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $25/$50 6 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: $11462 UTG+1: $8404 CO: $5344 Button: $15948 SB: $22019 Hero: $14026 Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 folds, CO raises to $175, Button calls, SB calls, Hero raises to $975, CO raises all-in $5344, 2 folds, Hero??? |

Is it weird that I would consider folding AK here but would snap call QQ? Mrmartini is probably never getting out of line with AQ here, but I think he always will do this with JJ and AK (as well as KK and AA obv) so I guess it's just a question for pokerstove?

dlpnyc21,
this is a results-orientated post right? this is a very standard call and i'm sure you know that, i'm guessing he had AA/KK and that make you doubt yourself? |
