Default 50-100 river decision against Boosted, value bet or check it down?

This is my first post here, I lurk here sometimes but have never posted before. I thought since Boosted was on the minds of everybody in this forum I'd post an interesting hand that came up between me and him.

Boosted and I have a decent amount of history together, I'm pretty sure he views me as somewhat laggy preflop, but knows I will usually have the goods when it goes to showdown. However he also knows that I am definetly capable of firing three barrels if I feel that it is a good spot. Dont have the hand history but here is how the hand went:

6 handed on Full tilt
Hero: 4d5d
Hero raises to 350 Villain calls in BB

Flop: Jd7h8h
villain checks hero bets 600

Turn: 6c
villain checks hero bets 1600

River: 10d
villain checks hero ?

should I just show this down or should I put in a value bet, if you are betting how much?
