My Nov goals with results:

* 10,000 hands 6-max Fail. Too many family obligations plus the wife got sick and I had to help out more than usual.
* Get in several more sessions with my coach Success. Got in two good sessions
* Continue to assimilate the material I learned in October Partial succes. Reverted back too playing too tight on several occassions plus other assorted issues with being too passive
* Focus somewhat on 3-betting situations and when to call, raise, or fold to a 3-bet Some success.
* CONTROL MOTHER [censored] TILT Success. I don't think I wasted a single bet due to tilt this month


I guess I'm ok with how my transition to cash is going. I'm not completely thrilled but I'm learning and not losing money.

Since switchng to 6-max cash I'm really enjoying playing and thinking about poker for the first time in a long time.

Had my winningest month ever in poker.

Turned under 400 to 1200+ playing 6.50's on FTP, and just moved up to the 12's.

Earned Gold Ironman Status.
On the SnG Low Leaderboard.
