Default $50NL - Trouble on my left!

Came across this individual today. His stats were over a small sample, 60 hands or so, and he's 21/3. The only read on this guy was a hand previously were he limps in position with TT, then calls a min raise. The 1st hand I realise my 4-bet is too small, but I think I saved myself here because he insta pushed here. Does anyone call this push? It gets me doubting myself when I get HU with the villain again later in the session. As a result I go very passive in the 2nd hand. His stats are pretty passive, so Im wondering how I should play these 2 hand against this type of player pf? Should I be raising more pf against him? The 3rd hand is against a shorty. I hate getting involved with short stacks, Does anyone just fold this hand pf against his type?

i disagree about hand 1 3-bet. i think if were putting him on a very tight range, we can call here for set value since if the flop comes T high, only AK isnt going broke while JJ+ should be

but yes the 4bet is very bad

the 4-bet is bad against most players but ridiculously bad against a 21/3
