Problems playing on FTP

I had been playing on Full Tilt Poker without problems until Wednesday, November 29. Since then I have experienced numerous game delays, program failures and disconnections. They seem to be worse at heavier traffic times. I tried deleting and reinstalling the program without improvement. I have emailed tech support, but have not received any answer.
I have had no similiar problems at Poker Stars so I know it is not my Internet connection.
Anyone else with similar problems?

Yup.I did all this as well.I still crash freeze up and it lags from time too time.Rather annoying.I have been reading posts on here about bugs on the FT client.Im not very Technically minded but it sounds like this could be a possible cause.There is a poster on here called FTP Doug.Apparently he is a FTP spokesman.Maybe you should PM him if it's that bad,as for me i play party as well and i have no problems with their software.I think FTP Doug said FT was going to update there software in lke 2 weeks or something.I know it's a long wait but hopefully they will sort out this shocking problem that a fair few of us have
