"No _____ thread yet?" Threads

Can we either:

A) Start banning people who title threads as retarded as this
or
B) Have mods rename them to a real title

This seems to happen a lot in Sporting Events and occassionally in OOT for TV shows. Right now there's a "No Monday Night Football Thread?!" thread. Last week there was "WOW! No Official Ranking Thread. I Will Start One"...there were still ranked teams playing at the time.

Okay, proceed to mock me, but dumbass thread titling is one of my biggest pet peeves about message boards and this is the epitome of that.

Alright, I need to finish up my work and send an email to my boss entitled, "OMG, I didn't send this file to you yet. It's attached!!!!".
