Vanek - Roy - Afinogenov
Mair - Connolly - Stafford

am i alone thinking they should switch afinogenov and stafford? we know connolly/afinogenov go well together, adn that 3rd line had been playing well w/ stafford

Brilliant. I only had the endurance to stay up to see the end of 2OT with DAL@VAN, but I heard Luongo was sensational. Figures, he's your top Hart candidate right there.

And to whoever said Jim Hughson was a great commentator... respect! Jim Hughson rules! I only wish they teamed up Hughson with John Garrett like they used to do on Sportsnet Pacific Canucks hockey games. He makes a game so good to watch and listen to!

Naw, Stafford can bang a little for a "4th liner" (I use that term very loosely) and RAV played well together. You cant go wrong either way though and I am sure Lindy will change it up if needed. If Max plays like he did last year in the Philly series I wouldn't doubt Stafford makes an appearance.

Its nice knowing your teams coach is going to out coach whoever hes against almost 100% of the time.

...expect to see the lines rotated however the hell Ruff feels throughout the game as usual...and it is great to know we have a coach who isnt afraid to pull the trigger on any line he feels will work...

Expect to see Connolly centering the max/vanek line at some points during the game, and Stafford and Max flopping throughout.

3 hours....god I wish I could fall asleep and just wake up at the game right now

Calgary's getting shelled like there's no tomorrow. If it wasn't for Kiprusoff, this game could be 6 or 7-0 right now.

But at what point in a playoff game do you have to yank him? Sure, the team itself is just playing horribly... but there's always a point where you have to make a change.
