1. agreed.
2. yes.
3. i'm not sure about c/r or leading an ace. can't really decide which is better, but i think i prefer leading.
4. def lead a Q river, even moreso if he's a thinking player capable of knowing that a Q is a good bluff card for us.

yeah b/c or b/f depending on the odds he's giving you. or just b/c if he's insane.

w/ KdQd out there, there are like a million draws (i doubt he's folding gut-shots). It also builds a nice pot up if you hit, so i think those reasons make betting > checking. If you miss c/c river.
