Mason,

I am glad Z gave you permission to use the image. However, you still have to pay me royalties for the 4 of hearts showing a bit under the 5 of hearts.

You agree that upon posting any material within a forum on the 2+2 website you grant 2+2 and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, non-revocable license under your copyrights or other intellectual property rights, if any, in such material to distribute, display, and reproduce such material to other readers of that forum.

gov: Yeah, hard to compete against the original one in terms of getting attention. What matters is click-through rate though...

El: I'll grant you 100% of my 0% dividends

Notfunny: Ah, but it's not that simple. Even if that statement is part of the TOC of 2+2 (haven't read it), it can still be overridden by a court of law if it's considered to not be in accordance with copyright law, or if the TOC is presented in such a manner that the plaintiff can claim that he didn't know about it. Thus my explicit permission.

Yea better, but I still wish they'd fork out a few thousand (less probably) and hire a design consultant to revamp the entire site.
