In general, your c-bet is too small to take it down at NL25.
In general, some people tend to call c-bets out of principle but very few get tricky with large bets/calls on the turn.

I think a fold on river is correct here imo. You're only beating a weak ace.

I like the preflop 3bet and the cbet. The board's not totally threatening and I find 2/3 pot to be a nice size. I might actually check the turn here to see how villain responds to the A. As played, his call is a bit unnerving. On the river, I think you have to fold. Most of the hands you were ahead of, just passed you (AQ/QJ FD's). By calling, you're hoping he has KQ/KJ or AT, (or a PP) and I really can't see those hands betting like this on the river.

In general, playing AK out of position is a pain in the ass. lol When I'm in that situation, I'm apt to check either the flop or the turn, depending on the board texture and villain.

I like the flop cbet size, although I don't bet the turn. I wouldn't mind keeping the pot a little smaller because your villan is only 75bb's deep and I don't think we can consider ourselves committed in this spot because if we get all the money in with just one pair I do not think we will be good too often.

I either C/Call the turn or hopefully it will go c/c and we can call a small river bet or if he checks the river make a 1/2-2/3 river value bet depending on what you think the villan's calling range is.

Edit: As played we have to fold the river as you are reping exactly what you have here.
