Brag: Tilted Mike Simon
Last Saturday at the GC Hinckley NL tourny (It's a $170 10k chip with 20 min blind donkament) I was playing full-throttle insane and hitting.
After awhile Mike is put at my table to my immediate left. I have KsJc. I was BB at 200. He raises to 1200. I call heads up. Flop is AQX with two diamonds (I have none). He bets 3k, I call. Turn is a 10d, he bets 2k, I call. River is a 9c. He checks. I bet 2k. He calls with AQ (no diamonds) while realizing what happened. He debates the hand with Jonny C. (Johnny Jackpot from Canterbury) and concludes that he should have folded preflop... In the middle of their discussion I chime in about how I had to call because the voices in my head out-voted me [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] So Mike then runs around the room telling everyone about his bad beat to some donk, which is ok because I was playing like one. I was running good on plays like that before he came and contrary to Canterbury I play loose in the beginning and tighten up later at Hinckley. Anyway, Mike then donks off his last ~1500 to Chris Durant. In summary, not much out of the ordinary. Just another donkament [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

Now if we were at Turtle Lake, there would have been fruit tossing. That's where I've played him before in 05 and 06 (NL cash games). I guess he didn't remember me...
