Default 2/4 NL pumping value on the river

Blinds 2/4, Villain is average TAG, good player all-around, didnt do anything outrageous so far.

HERO ($532)
SB ($575)
BB ($494)
UTG ($327)
MP ($476)
BTN ($555)

Preflop: HERO is CO with Ts, Jc.
2 folds, MP calls $4, HERO calls $4, Villain calls $4, SB folds, BB checks

Flop: ($16) Jd, 2d, 8s (4 players)
MP checks, HERO bets $12, Villain calls $12, BB folds, MP folds

Turn: ($40) 3s (2 players)
Hero checks, Villain bets $38, HERO calls $38.

River: ($116) Th (2 players)
HERO checks, Villain bets $85, HERO is all-in $481

PF and flop seem standard enough, on the turn I thought he was likely to semi-bluffing with a draw, I called planning to fold to a big bet on the river, especially if one of the obvious draws came in. After hitting the T, I thought I would give him the occasion to bluff with any whiffed draw or value bet a hand like AJ.

My concern is about the size of my CRAI. On one hand, I put him on a tough decision if he has a lower 2-pair hand. However, he's never folding a hand that has me beat (set or straight) and the big size of my CRAI makes it easier to fold lower 2-pairs hand. Obviously he's never calling with AJ/KJ or a whiffed draw here, but he might fold JT. Should I have made my CRAI smaller in size to induce a call from those hands? My big concern was getting reraised AI if I min-raised, putting me on a tough decision, something he could very well do with JT as well as a set or straight.

I don't like limping pre, raise or fold.

I think a min-raise is a lot better.

I don't like this very much. I can't think of any hands that are calling this that we beat, except MAYBE J8s or T8s, but even that's thin. I think if you get called here you're getting shown a set or better.

I put myself in villain's shoes and tried to read my hand. On flop and turn, it seems I have a flush draw and on the river I went for a CR-bluff with a busted FD. However after the min-raise he can get the best of me and put me on a very tough decision by simply shoving his busted draws along with his sets and straights. A situation I really wanted to avoid.

Woah, you think he's capable of 3-betting his busted draws? Jesus, these 2/4 games are tough.

Well, maybe thats a bit of a far stretch but it would still be possible for him to shove with many 2-pairs hand I beat, putting me on a hard decision. Do you always fold to a shove? Always call?

this is disgusting.

esp. in a limped pot you will never ever ever ever get shown a hand you beat. and you will never ever ever ever fold a better one.

let me reiterate: wow this is disgusting.

let me rephrase: bleeeeccchchchchchchh

ps sorry for the honesty but im drunk and this is wow bad
