I sent a screenshot and received a reply stating that I would receive the bonus within 24 hours. Of course that was more than 48 hours ago and I still have no bonus. The quest continues...

I also had to send a screenshot to get my bonus. Last week i tried to make a withdrawal but it did not work. I have sent something like 12 mails to their support. After 4 mails they promised to cashout my money manually but they didnīt keep their promise and now they have stopped answering my mails!!!
Has anyone made succesful withdrawals recently?

Hi All,

First of let me apologize for the slowness in crediting your accounts and let me explain why.

We have recently acquired another MicroGaming operator at the beginning of November this year. With this we also moved our Call Centre to this operation. With this we also merged our backoffice into one. In doing so we came across a couple of problems, one being that we currently can’t see raked hands in our back office. This has been ongoing for more than a week now and we working with Microgaming to fix this issue, and hope to have this resolved shortly, hopefully this week. The information is still collating in the database, so nothing has been lost.

Also in moving the Call Centre we had some down time which caused a back log of emails which we have now caught up with so there were some serious delays in responding.

So in the mean time we have requested screen shots from players who have reached their raked hand targets. These than have to be checked and then the bonus are credited and you will be contacted.

Some good news is coming though, we will also be launching live chat and phone support this month which will dramatically improve our customer service levels.

I can assure you that all of you will be paid your first deposit bonus once your raked hand requirements have been met. In addition, all your funds are perfectly safe.

We are working to resolve these issues, it has been frustrating on our side as well.

You didnīt explain why you havenīt cashed my money out as you promised. I have sent 4 mails about this but no answer. In your last mail couple of days ago you promised to make my withdrawal manually.

seconded - i'm still having all sorts of trouble getting my cash out. last email was some b.s. about software corruption and me needing to download the software again. i'll do this and when it doesn't work try to get them to do a manual withdrawl...

Before your support asked me to provide an alternative method of payment in the highly improbable case they could not pay me by the same method I used for deposit(neteller). So I did as I was asked. I canīt understand how you can think that my preferred method of payment is check! I deposited from neteller and asked you to pay me to my neteller account many many times(I also sent you my neteller id 3 times). Worst customer service ever from any site I have played. Can you please pay my money to my neteller as I have asked???
