Not the right board for it I don't think. Once he calls the turn, I'm assuming he either has a 9, or he's got a king he likes and doesn't put us on a 9. If I knew villain wouldn't 3bet TT-QQ preflop in CO vs button (unlikely), and/or I knew villain would flat call pre with a low pair and habitually float me, then maybe.

In general you don't want to be firing the turn with air if the board pairs the midle card since no folds top-pair and trips is a likely holding also. Eg. QJxJ, KTxT, AJxJ etc etc.

Don't worry about the bet sizing. Worry about the board texture and your opponents turn calling range.
