Default AJs again.

Recently I posted a hand where the consensous was for me to reraise or fold preflop against an early raiser with AdJd.

How about this situation?

One or two players limp and an Early player raises(not a rock) and it is folded to me on the button. What is my play?

3 bet and take a 4 card flop 3-4 way.

Call.

Unless two limpers can fold and raiser is real LAG. Then 3B.

I think it depends on the read on the non-rock entirely.

Is an EP limper (or two EP limpers) going to limp often with something that is far ahead of AJs? Most likely, no.
JJ+, AQ+ Are all raises from both limpers, so we should be ahead enough or at least have two overs on them almost all the time.
The range of the raiser is what we care about. How often will he have us dominated here?

Against most non-rocks in my games, I like a 3-bet.

Well, if you think he is isolating the other player's weak, its time to isolate him with a 3 bet. No way I cold call this bet her because that only encourages the limpers to call.

I don't mind playing AJs on the button in a big multi-way pot, so getting calls from the limpers isn't all that bad (although I'd really like to have another limper and/or loose blinds). Without a specific read, I usually don't count on limpers who put money in the pot to fold for another 2, so if this hand is really unplayable 4 ways, I'd just muck it.

FWIW, SSHE says that this is one of the cold calling hands. Depending on table dynamics, I'll CC or 3-bet. (3 bet if I think one or both limpers will fold.)

I don't understand why wouldn't you want the limpers to call? Its not bad atall if they call, AJs plays well enough multiway im sure we have an edge against the two limpers.

Theres an argument for letting the limpers in to compensate for the times the raiser has us dominated and i think thats correct if we have no evidence that the raiser is raising light
