0.50/1.00 home game flopped top 2 pair in 5 way pot
Generally loose, 10-handed home game, first orbit. Hero has a loose agressive image and most of the players in the game are regulars. Hero is UTG with $30, everyone else covers. Hero is dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]; makes it $5 to go with 4 callers. Flop comes out A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $4; 3 calls. Hero pushes for another $20. Please rate the play of this hand. Thanks!

the flop is whatever imo. choose your favorite method of getting 25$ into the pot.
you receive a 3 on a 1-10 from me though, for buying in so short. |

Re: 0.50/1.00 home game flopped top 2 pair in 5 way pot
yeah - unfortunately was $40 fixed buy-in with reloads only available if you're down to $10 or less - i posted this hand because i wasn't happy when everyone folded, but in hindsight i'm not too happy with my play b/c I priced in the flush draw this way - as it is, with only $25 left on flop and $25 in pot, seems to me a push on flop is only way not to make a flush draw call correct, or at least as marginally correct as possible, assuming that the Ax is the caller and 9 outs make the flush -
