Tricky spot. If I was BB, I might smooth call AK or AQ...He also might have a pp and a set already. I don't think he is bluffing either as it would be a pretty stupid bluff. I'd probably call though given the stack sizes.

thats really bad. I don't think anyone is ever just calling with AK/AQ preflop to a button open with 18bbs here.
