Default outdrawn in Micro Limits ...could I have avoided it?

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha High, $0.05 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP (Villain) ($6.14)
Button ($10.09)
SB ($10.01)
Hero ($5.24)
UTG ($10.36)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6, 6, 8, 8.
UTG calls $0.05, Villain calls $0.05, 2 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.17) 7, 5, 9 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.17, UTG folds, Villain calls $0.17.

Turn: ($0.51) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.51, Villain calls $0.51.

River: ($1.53) 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.1, Villain raises to $4.6, Hero calls $3.41 (All-In).

Final Pot: $10.56

So I flop the nut straight and bet it to make people chasing the flush draw pay. The turn comes a blank (or so I thought), and I figure I have 2 diamond blockers in case he has a backdoor diamond draw, so I pot it again. A 3rd diamond hits and Villain reraises me all-in. It took me a whole minute to finally call him and see his backdoor flush.
I put him on a busted heart draw that tried to bluff me on a scare card that hit the river (knowing that I have the nut straight). He could also have top set and 2 pair and be trying to hit a boat, and decided to bluff me. Or he couldve just had the same straight as me with a better flush, in which case I'm screwed.
I made the crying call, and it turns out he was chasing a gutshot on the flop, and he caught some extra outs on the turn that gave him some sort of reason to call my PSB...and pushed on the river. Usually at these limits if someone raises on the river they have the nuts, but I couldnt figure out how he'd call with only a backdoor flush draw.

Any way I could've avoided losing my whole stack in this situation?

What about these 2 hands? The guy had lost 2 buyins in the last 2 minutes and was tilting like a madman. It got to heads up and I couldn't pass on the opportunity to use his very LAG play against him.

Guess on hand 3 I was just tilty and I underestimated him. I was partially correct since he called me with AdKdxx. I put him on an overpair, or maybe 2-pair, so I thought I was good on the flop and turn. On the river, I knew he'd push on any sign of weakness, so I pushed myself...maybe because I didn't want to believe i'd lose to a backdoor flush again :P

As for the second hand, he had 10-Q with 2 diamonds, so he called my huge bet with a gutshot. He had to call the turn with a flush draw, so it's just a bad beat :/

hand 3 is another C/C on river imho, why bet out worse hand when any better hand will call anyway?
