I completely agree that there should have been a penalty of some sort for the dentist, and only the dentist, however i also put $0 for this scenario because him paying the government is pointless. I would simply make the costs of the procedure zero for the patient, if I were the patient that and an apology would be enough for me, as long is wasnt re-occuring. But then it would be partially my fault for not finding a new dentist.

And fining the girl for the burn is just silly to me, as soon as that thing gets hot and you are holding it you will let go, if you don't, and you keep holding on till you get burnt it's your fault for being a moron.

I fined the moron with the welding torch 1k and the dentist who was too stupid to drill a tooth without giving the patient novocaine 100k. Everything else was just general stupidity.

I put $300 for the peanuts one, the person was an alergist and its a common allergy.
I wanted to give the dentist a fine but the question was worded weird. I assume he speed up the drill to save himself time then he should be fined but obviously not paid to the gov't just a free filling for the person. overall good idea but terrible delivery.

There wasn't any law broken. Just an accident. Perhaps a lawsuit would be filed and a settlement might occur then, but that's not a fine.
