QTs...play along for fun and profits!!

you're sitting in your usual 7.50/15 live game. you've been playing a few hours. the table is pretty loose, and a little aggressive (at least preflop), about 5-6 players per flop and about 50% of pots are raised preflop. occasionally the pot is 3 bet preflop, but pretty much no one does it without a premium hand. The relatively frequent PF raising has been inflating the pot size significantly.


In addition, most everyone plays poorly postflop; some call down too much, others play too weakly.

UTG folds and it's on you. you have QTs...raise or call (folding isnt an option cuz you dont roll like that)..?

Normally I'd raise, but at the table you've described I'd probably limp here and see what happens behind me.

I go all-in here, or raise and immediately muck....either play is acceptable

limp. I raise QJs+, though.

raise if you'll still get 5-6 players usually. Also you get more info if you get 3bet than if you limp and call a raise. Calling isn't bad.

Naw. I play complete ABC poker at low stakes B&M. ABC poker is to call here, not raise. That's how I roll.
