River set decision
I have $1560 and cover the table. SB has ~$700.
Two loose passive limpers, LAG but okay postflop SB completes, I check 44 in the BB. Flop is Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB checks, I bet pot ($24) and only the SB calls. Turn 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB checks, I bet $66 into $72, SB calls. River 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB bets $200 into $204. My gut said [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] flush or J9. Am I wrong to fold? KD. |

Re: River set decision
He shouldn't have J9 if he's "ok postflop", that's for sure.

Hate to fold this, but it so looks like a flush.

Re: River set decision
People get way out of line at six max. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see Q8 or KJ (with 1 heart?) or AA or AhJx or some other spaztastic hand that you beat. His line is pretty odd no matter what he has, and I'm not a fan of making big laydowns against odd lines from LAGs.
