Default NLTRN - 88+4 - TPTK vs. Strong-Looking Shove

We are 12 hands in. Villain has only played 2 heads ups according to Sharkscope and has lost both. Thus far villain has been consistent about raising his button for 3x BB and has cbet each pot for 2/3. This is the only flop where he has not cbet. However, I have reraised one of his cbets (with air) and he folded. Although I don't have enough hands to back it up, my impression of him is that he plays a standard game but is afraid of raises.

Preflop: Anyone reraise this?

Flop: I expected that he would bet and I would take it down with a raise. When he checked I was immediately worried about a set.

Turn: I took as a delayed cbet until he shoved. I couldn't really put him on any hand played normally at this point except a set or JT. I figure he could just be misplaying stuff but it is hard to put that into a hand range. I only need to win 31% or something (I didn't do any math). I figure this makes it a pretty easy call with my hand, but what kind of hand range should I be calling with here?

Can I call with 97? 87?
