Default $16 - 33 vs LAGG

I find myself in a lot of tough spots last days and especially today and I keep losing those ones.
Should I not cbet because he is so LAGG(45/19)?
Value bet the river, first time?
Call his bet as played?
Anyway, how is this?

I'd raise to 500 pf, and I think you have to bet the flop.
River seems like a good call.

I dunno about that c bet right there. I don't think I would have done that probably checked. Better to lose that t550 to a fold then to potentially lose a lot more.

There were antes, that's why I betted 550.
Also I think I should have bet a bit less on the flop, like 600.

Why do you think you have to bet at that flop?

It's not so likely that he hit a Q(compared to an A), and we might want to protect against drawing spades.
7 and 4 are pretty unlikely to be in his holding, unless he just made a set(well, which is also not very likely ).
Also, if we're going to c/f all kinds of flops just because villain is a LAG, there's no point in raising pf.
We have initiative, let's use it.
It's not that our hand has the greatest showdownvalue ever and we hate to get raised.

It's the only way to win the hand unless he checks behind and you spike a 3, or backdoor a straight. I like the hand as played, the way the hand played out vs a guy like this I'd expect them to bet the river most of the time.
