Default getting missing hand history files from ongame

is there a way to get missing hand histories? I played a session yesterday that didn't record itself to the sql databse or show up in their statistics browser. I've sent a couple emails to my skin's (eurobet) support, but they claim that they "are not able to provide [me] with the hand histories requested". this seems silly as all the hands are obviously recorded somewhere (one indication of this is that they check you out for collusion when you request a cash out).

thanks,
Nick

You could try asking them for just one hand history number and then get the details from the online hand history. Copy the info to a notepad document and import with PT generic importer. It's a hassle and you won’t get your starting hands that didn’t make it to showdown.

In poker tracker go to where you tell it which ongame hand history database to use and push "auto detect", it should detect a separate "statistics" file or something like that.
