OP,

Each moon mission left a retro-reflector at its landing site. Scientists at various labs and universities -- most of which are not government agencies, mind you -- bounce laser beams off the reflector to measure the distance between the earth and the moon.

The reflectors work. They bounce the laser beam back to earth.

How do you explain this?

[/ QUOTE ]

This is important, because it's something the moon-landing conspiracy theorists never talk about--because they don't have a good explanation for it.

Why would Russia know?

Watch Capricorn One, which is basically a good example of how it could have happened with very few knowing about it. Just a small number of techs, the astronauts and the higher ups who sanctioned it.

Furthermore, the reason that astronauts arent subjected to the radiation of space is because the Earth protects them. I forget the name, but there is basically an anti radiation barrier which is way above where sattalites etc orbit.

As i said, there is no reason to believe unmanned probes could have been sent up.

I dont know enough about the technical aspects, but im 100% sure if i did i could conceptualise an unmanned unit that does the same job.

Again, im not denying we sent stuff to the moon. Just that there werent men involved.

the guy who [censored] discovered the Van Allen Belt, the thing you say would fry the astronauts with radiation, Mr. Van Allen himself said it wouldn't be lethal. The astronauts got hit with the equivalent of an xray. also they weren't just waltzing around like in chernobyl they were in a big metal box

Here's a vid that describes the back story of scientology in a nutshell. Really. This is all in the actual doctrine.
