Suddenly having a losing session last night doesn't seem so important anymore.

I can't lie to ya. I got to the part where you were cleaning him and couldn't finish.

See, I'm at work reasding it and it's kind of hard to explain why this 35 yeard old fat bearded man is crying.

I have no advice for you sir except try your hardest to stay strong for your wife and the rest of your family.

Stay as close as you can to them for a while. I can't even imagine what I would do.

If you ever need to speak to a complete stanger don't hesitate to PM me.

What a beautifully written tribute to your son. I am a member of many pregnancy and birth boards with similar stories and every single one is from a woman's prospective. A father's point of view is even more touching. My heart is breaking for you, I have nothing to offer but my sympathy and condolences. Your strength is inspiring.

Wow, I never thought I'd have a reason to cry at work. I was wrong. I am so sorry for your loss, just try and keep your head high. Also, echo @ the poster who said that your son knows you loved him. Thankfully, as has been said, it seems you have a great support system in place. That will help you get through this.

poin,

My condolences to your situation. I'm 21 years old and I can't remember a time I've cried, until now, for a reason unrelated to physical pain since I was 8 years old.

That was when my mother gave birth to my stillborn brother.

While it may not be the same, I feel for you to great levels, as many other posters in this thread have. I hope time helps heal...

My wife is almost 38 weeks and your post terrified me.

I wish peace and comfort to you and your family.

poin,

my wife is due 11/30 with our third. i have taken a lot for granted with this pregnancy. i didn't do that with the first, nor the second. reading your story makes me cry for you and your family, as well as for my family and my coming baby. i won't waste another moment underappreciating my situation, my new baby and the fragility of it all.

thanks for your post. i am sorry.

take care.
