It is very thin value if we do. To raise with such a hand from SB I mostly prefer only one limper who is weak(folds to many hands postflop(bluffing equity) or who plays passively(let's us valuebet when needed and doesn't push us when we show weakness). The second criteria is that BB should be tight which seems to be the case.

So against a tricky postflop player I don't want to raise for value which is very thin. Let him do it when we hit and checkraise the flop.
