UTG ($1916.50)
MP ($970)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8, 7.
[color=#CC3333]UTG raises to $35</font>, MP calls $35, Hero calls $35, [color=#666666]2 folds</font>.

Flop: ($120) 3, 6, 9 [color=#0000FF](3 players)</font>
[color=#CC3333]UTG bets $88</font>, MP calls $88, Hero calls $88.

Turn: ($384) 8 [color=#0000FF](3 players)</font>
UTG checks, [color=#CC3333]MP bets $250</font>, Hero calls $250, UTG folds.

River: ($884) 2 [color=#0000FF](2 players)</font>
[color=#CC3333]MP bets $597 (All-In)</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $884

Both these guys from their stats seemed like tags. first guy was 16/19 and the other guy was 17/20 I've only been there for 25 min.
I don't put him on any set here. I can beat most flush draws except A8s and 77's can't beat 910 or 98 or 88(less likely) Should I have called this river?

your not really beating much there, especially with no read,
and the fact you only called his turn bet means he was probably pushing any river.
