Default Need to make 2000-3000$ monthly.

Going to university in about year and don't want to work in McDonalds, goal is to make living 4 years while at school by playing poker, problem is, on what game to concentrate
Have been learning and playing limit Hold'em for a while but it doesn't seem good choice. Playing 1$/2$ and at the moment -400$ with only like 2500 hands, I can see I play better than most of my opponents but variance is really high.
Any recommendations? I can play about 3 hours daily probably, like 4 tables same time. What should I play? NL Hold'em, SnG 's, PLO? Stick to limit? And at what limit it is realistic to earn 2000-3000$ monthly?
At the moment I have only ~ 600$ bankroll but I have 10 months to build it up

With $600 bankroll I'd suggest to start at NL600. But you could also try and start shortstacking NL2000 FR.

Hope this helps.

If you need good bankroll management advice i think you should go to Bluescouse's blog: http://88percent.blogspot.com/

I would suggest you start at NL 1000 and move up to where they respect your raises.

This belongs in the Beginner's forum.

Come back and post here when you either (A) quit school because your bankroll is >$50k and you're going pro or (B) you busto your $600 and start working in McDonalds.

I'm not a gambler, I built up my bankroll with half a year from 5$.
I wonder why you guys think i'm gambler? Because I lost 400$ in 1$/2$?
I would think i'm bad player but I managed to make like 500$ profit in other sites playing 1$/2$ with like 10 000 hands, I just take it as huge downswing.
