I've got a few friends who are doctors and they're just like this lady - all they ever want to talk about with their lay friends is possible drug side effects. We all lean forward just like in the commercial so we don't miss a word of it. Or else that never happens anywhere ever.

About 10 years ago my dad told me that soon the admen were just going to make commercials that yelled at the viewer and told them to buy their stuff. 10 years later Vitamin water is doing this, and it's freaking annoying. That's the kind of longer version.
There's one where he just starts by singing instead of asking the dude for permission.
Every time it comes on there would be an instant where I thought he said "Happy Penis" instead of "Happy Peanuts".


A lot of the more idiotic anti-tobacco ads, which is pretty much all of them, make me want to actually take up smoking.
I would then strongly consider finding the people who developed the commercials and blowing the smoke in their faces.
Some of them are twisting facts pretty badly to try to make their point that "smoking is bad."
I've never smoked a cigarette in my life and those commercials practically have me regretting it.

I don't like the little bits that I've seen of TNT's new dramas like The Closer and so forth...but the commercials where they try to tell me that "it's the show that everyone's talking about" pretty much guarantee that I will never even give the show a chance in the first place.
From little I've seen of it I'm pretty sure I'm not missing out on anything anyway.

I know there are other commercials that annoy me similarly to be against the product but I can't think of them right now.
